If you use your own server, a leased data center or a public server required for the implementation of license agreements, we do not collect, store or transfer information about you (including your content and your files), except for a limited number of cases when this is agreed with you and authorized by the administrator and the regulator in your jurisdiction, as follows:
  • we collect feedback you have provided directly to us via our Services;
  • we collect information using hash and filter analysis methods to exclude information that can identify you, your organization, or your customers;

Server and data centers administrators can, in turn, disable or send a request to Smartech technical support service to disconnect the personal data processing services.
